WHERE IS MY ORDER?

during high-volume times like album releases please bare with us while we do our best to get you your order as fast as we can. we start shipping the day it drops and have our friends working overtime until every last package is sent out.

if you’ve ordered something autographed - please keep in mind that tom has to personally autograph and package those orders so it may take a little longer.

if you haven’t heard from us about your order in a couple weeks you can send an email to tommacdonaldbusiness@gmail.com - but fair warning, we oil wheels in the order they come in to the shop regardless of how squeaky they Are.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

because some our clothing is made when it’s ordered we treat everything as a final sale but if there’s a problem with your order we’re more than happy to fix it - just email tommacdonaldbusiness@gmail.com
